幻成一岛画图閒。

平生忧患谙偿遍，
Beyond measure, I have experienced countless hardships in my life,
独立自成绝世仙。
Yet I have remained independent and unmatched, like an immortal.
庭前日月驻轮转，
The sun and the moon stop and rotate in front of me,
岂是烟尘能忍边？
How can the trivial dust of the mortal world restrain me?
驻车泪痕沾素约，
While my carriage remains parked, my tears stain my plain robe,
立命心头俄变肩。
But with a determined mind, I suddenly lift my burden.
愿弃招花与草率，
I wish to abandon my attachment to fame and fortune,
平随波浪无烦恼。
And live calmly like the waves of the sea, with no worries.
常恐郊原晓月照，
I am often afraid that the moon at dawn will expose my loneliness,
知己无人愿共见。
But there is no one with whom I can share my true self.
莫磨菱镜犹桃花，
Do not polish the mirror, as it will still reflect peach blossoms,
矣是清凉到中天。
Indeed, it radiates coolness up to the sky.
古来多少红尘事，
Throughout the ages, there have been countless worldly affairs,
何曾触动道人肩？
But none of them has ever shaken the shoulder of a Daoist.
细说来因大梦惊，
Upon reflection, I realize that all this is but a grand dream,
梦魂深处有心天。
And deep within my dreamy soul lies a heavenly heart.
